		<description><![CDATA[We went back to Laurie Beach again on Saturday to shoot the river flowing down into the ocean there. I got a couple of decent images from this trip, and then started playing with my IR-converted camera to see what I could get from that.]]></description>

<p>We went back to Laurie Beach again on Saturday to shoot the river flowing down into the ocean there.</p>

<p>This little guy was circling us for a good twenty minutes at Ship Cove, on the way back from St. Mary&#8217;s. It must have been something to see, no less than six of us lined off on the side of the road with our longest lenses, all trying to shoot this little bird (and it&#8217;s friend).</p>
<p>He didn&#8217;t stay in one spot for very long, so I captures a number of frames with no bird as well. I did also manage to catch one slightly blurred one just as he took off.</p>
